Work for Mediagin
Mediagin Creative is fast growing and constantly evolving and we are looking for talented individuals to help us grow. Keep in mind that we are a virtual organization. We have no specific office and most of our operations are carried online. We do not have any permanent opportunity but we do have occasional temp and project based openings. All roles will be remunerated on a project basis. No hourly projects will ever be carried.
The seniority required is usually 3 to 4 years previous experience. So, if you find yourself charging $200 per hour, sorry, we are not looking for you. Here’s what we’re looking for…
WordPress Support
We are looking for someone to help us grow new customers and support existing ones. At least an intermediate knowledge of WordPress is essential. You have to be overly responsible and naturally inclined for great customer service. All considered entrants will be Mississippi or USA based only and should fully agree with our Ethics Statement.
Some of Your Responsibilities Would Include:
– Collaborating on new WordPress Projects.
– Manage and respond to Customer Service questions via our support forum and ticket based portal.
– Training new clients how to use specific WordPress/Plugin features.
How to Apply
We usually don’t care about the school you attended or how good you were in your courses. We are looking for self starters and fun people who can immediately take responsibility. We normally work with tight deadlines and we expect you to be independent, but accessible.
